Upcoming Event
Dear Community, the 2023 5th Annual Housing Fair is here.
The goal and mission of the fair is simple: bring key players, such as lenders, down payment programs and grants on a state, and county level to meet directly with the community. We have been able to provide resources to over 400 households annually at each event.
We look forward to seeing you this year!

Free! Space is limited, so each attendee must register and present their ticket at the entrance.

This year A-1 Community Housing Services is helping raise funds for 2 amazing teachers at Cherryland Elementary in Hayward. All donations of any amount are welcome to help fulfill both teachers wish list.
